Shipping policy

1. Where We Ship and Shipping Charges

zfdzcbj ships to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free for every U.S. order. International shipping is not currently available.

2. Processing Orders

Once an order is confirmed and payment has been completed successfully, we normally process and dispatch it within 1–2 business days.

Business days run from Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. This processing period does not include time in transit with the carrier.

3. Delivery Estimates

Transit typically takes an estimated 5–10 business days after dispatch. With processing included, we aim for delivery within 6–12 business days of order confirmation.

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Severe weather, holidays, carrier interruptions, or other unforeseen events can delay delivery. If your order faces a significant delay, we will share the information available to us and any resolution options required by applicable law.

5. Shipment Notifications

We send shipment updates to the email address used for the order. When carrier tracking is available, the tracking details will appear in the update. The carrier may need some time to register its first scan.

6. Address Changes and Delivery Issues

Check your delivery address before submitting an order. If you need to make a correction, email hello@zfdzcbj.com as soon as possible. We will check whether the address can be updated before dispatch.

If a parcel seems lost, arrives damaged, or shows as delivered but you cannot find it, email hello@zfdzcbj.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution according to the circumstances and applicable law. A carrier’s delivery status alone does not automatically close your claim.

7. Returns

You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. We pay the return shipping costs. Contact us before sending anything back so we can give you instructions and arrange shipping at our expense.
