1. Operator and Application of These Terms
zfdzcbj (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website. These terms apply to your use of the store and purchases made through it, alongside the product details and policies shown before checkout.
2. Store Use
Provide complete and accurate contact, payment, and shipping details when ordering. You must be legally able to place an order or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission where required.
Do not use the store for illegal purposes or fraudulent purchases, disrupt its operation, or access its information or systems without permission.
3. Product Details
Read the product description, sizing, materials, and care instructions before purchasing. Colors may look different depending on your device and display settings. Your rights remain in place if an item is defective, substantially unlike its description, or sent by mistake.
We work to keep descriptions, pricing, and stock information accurate. If an error affects your order, we will explain what happened and the options available. We will not send a substitute item or charge you more without your consent. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will let you know and refund any payment received for the items we cannot supply.
4. Pricing and Payment
The store and checkout show the relevant price and currency. Before you pay, checkout displays applicable taxes and your final order total.
Standard shipping is free for all U.S. orders. Checkout shows the accepted payment methods, and the payment providers offered there process payments.
5. Orders and Shipping
We currently deliver only to addresses in the United States. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 5–10 business days in transit after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Our Shipping Policy provides more information.
To request an address correction, order change, or cancellation, email hello@zfdzcbj.com promptly. We will check whether we can make the change before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, our Return and Refund Policy applies.
6. Returns and Refunds
Eligible returns can be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. We pay return shipping costs and do not impose a restocking fee or return handling fee.
We will tell you the outcome after we receive and inspect the returned item. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method within 15 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take longer to post the funds.

7. Shopify and Personal Information
Shopify hosts this store. When you browse or purchase from it, Shopify processes information to deliver its commerce and related services. Shopify and other service providers may process information outside your country.

If something goes wrong with the website or your order, contact us so we can look into it and work toward a resolution. These terms do not exclude or restrict consumer rights, statutory warranties, or liabilities where the law does not permit their exclusion or restriction.
We may revise these terms for future store use. Subject to applicable law, the terms and policies shown when you placed an order continue to apply to that purchase. We will provide notice of material changes where required.
